The city of Oshawa is named for an Ojibwa term that roughly translates to “the crossroads.” When we were developing a brand for Greenpark’s new community, Palmetto, this became a pivotal concept in the identity of the project. After all, buying a home is a big decision; a major milestone, even. We crafted a visual brand that was young, vibrant, and bold, and developed the messaging to reflect the momentousness of the decision. Where will you go?
