There’s certainly a formula to a lot of residential real estate marketing. Sprinkle in a few choice phrases, lean on some go-to lifestyle imagery; lather, rinse, repeat. Homes after all, are big investment, and so a lot of branding tends to skew traditional in order to evoke feelings of comfort and assurance. Lindvest’s corporate rebrand took things off-script with bold, vibrant branding, and playful imagery. “Do It Differently” was a simple yet memorable mantra, a new corporate ethos for a builder eager to distinguish itself.
