Shift Your Focus.
Before much of the GTA real estate market shifted east to Durham Region, Treasure Hill decided to develop a stacked urban town community in Pickering. Rather than choose a traditional route, Impact North conceptualized “Shift,” representing a shift in location, product style in the area, and overall thinking. A myriad of vibrant colours and overlapping shapes made up the logo, while the vivid colour palette dominated all digital and print materials. Shift was targeted at a younger, bolder group of potential purchasers, and the design matched the demographic.
Shift sold out within months—128 units at a higher-than-market-average price.
