LIV has been a family-owned business for more than 45 years, developing a reputation for designing and building exclusive, high-quality homes in desirable locales. The brand had a history and an enviable cachet by the time we were tasked with the rebranding. What we felt the new brand could add was an additional youthful flair. The new logo, styled “L!V” added a new splash of energy to match new communities, such as Nature’s Grand, that were playful and whimsical.
