Living The Life You Imagined.
This magnificent condo development at Jane and Rutherford is beside Vaughan Mills Mall, just north of the new and exciting Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. The marketing campaign focused on the “charisma” of both the building itself (architecture and design) and the people who will live there. The colour scheme is dark grey and bold, beautiful orange, featured throughout print, digital and a very successful bus campaign that helped create buzz. Beautiful renderings, digital presentations and a stunning sales centre (with two model suites) invited buyers to tap into their own charisma.
Even as the market slowed down in 2017, Charisma sold out—2 buildings, almost 600 units.
