They work nearby, they love to be entertained and they want a home they will be proud to share with guests. A vibrant colour logo was designed, with the marketing campaign focused on finding “your suite spot” - a clever play on the word ”sweet“, the look and feel of the building and its location. A video, digital and print campaign sold the appeal of living in a pet-friendly building, eliminating commutes or the need to drive and enjoying an active social life in the heart of the entertainment district was a tremendous draw. Food lovers, art lovers, sports lovers alike all found 330 Richmond to be the spot to call home.
330 Richmond was completely sold out within months - just under 300 units in total.
